One of the services of CBFA is the CBFA Listserv. Our Listserv is called the CBFA Forum; we invite all members to subscribe.
The purpose of the CBFA Forum is to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas, for passing news about a particular resource you've discovered, to spread the word about position openings at your institution, and for CBFA activities, events, and announcements.
We use a list server called Lyris that gives you the option of participating either in the traditional e-mail format or through the Web using your Web browser. The e-mail method functions just like other lists in which you may have participated. The Web interface makes things much simpler and intuitive, and we think some of you will prefer this method.
We hope you will find this a helpful service for communicating about things Christian business faculty have in common. We leave the choice of topics up to you.
Here's how you can subscribe:
If you want to subscribe through the Web (recommended), click here. Then click on public lists, and then on cbfa_forum. After that simply follow the on-screen directions.
If you'd prefer to subscribe the traditional e-mail way, click here to send a message to the list. In the message area of your screen type: subscribe cbfa_forum password . "Password" should be replaced with a password of your choice. A password is optional.
Once you've subscribed you will receive back within a few minutes a detailed set of instructions about the list. If you have questions direct them to Ken Bates or call him at 585-567-9448.
