CBFA Secretary

Position Description

The Board Secretary's responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining the membership database

  • Keeping all organizational records of CBFA including minutes of any official meetings

  • Invoicing members for dues

  • Providing operational records to the audit committee for annual review.

Qualifications

  • Member in good standing with the CBFA

  • Possess excellent organizational skills

  • Possess excellent spreadsheet and word processing skills

  • Have strong communication and relational skills

  • Be able to work closely with the CBFA Board and its associated committees

 

Selection Process

Selected by the CBFA Executive Committee and approved by the Board.

 

Term of Service

  • The CBFA Secretary serves a three year term.

  • The term of office begins in October 2020.

  • At the discretion of the CBFA Board, the CBFA Secretary may serve additional consecutive three-year terms.
