CBFA Treasurer
Position Description
The Board Treasurer's responsibilities include:

Maintaining the receipts, disbursements, and financial record-keeping and reporting of the Association

Developing the Association budget for board approval
-
Preparing and presenting a financial report to the board at board meetings
-
Preparing and presenting a financial report to the membership at the annual business meeting
-
Serving on the Investment Committee of the Association
Qualifications
-
Member in good standing with CBFA
-
Strong knowledge of accounting and financial statement preparation
-
Excellent organizational skills
-
Excellent analytical abilities, spreadsheet knowledge and word processing skills
-
Strong communication and relational skills
-
Able to work closely with the CBFA Board and its associated committees
Terms of Service

The CBFA Treasurer serves a three-year term.

The term of office begins in October 2021.
-
At the discretion of the CBFA Board, the CBFA Treasurer may serve additional consecutive three-year terms.
Selection Process
Selected by the CBFA Executive Committee and approved by the Board.
