Mark Plaza

Mark Plaza is a co-founder of Olde Man Granola, a food production company located in Westminster, Colorado. He and his wife, Fay, started the company in 2008 in the mountains of Colorado; however, the granola recipe was developed when serving the Lord in Congo, Africa.  In 2012, when his son Trevor came home from serving in the Marine Corps, Trevor joined the company, followed by Fay’s brother and wife, building out an Olde Man Granola kitchen in Ohio. 

 

Since 2008, Olde Man Granola has gained a following and can now be found in the Rocky Mountain region as well as the Mid-Western region and throughout the USA.  Mark has enjoyed teaching Bible and Business classes at CCU since 2014.
