Glen Bryan

"My professional activities include university instruction, business consulting, entrepreneurial ventures, and non-profit board service.  My personal mission is to educate, coach, and grow leaders to reach their business and professional goals while acting responsibly to their employees, customers, and communities.

Currently, I serve as Professor of Business Administration at Ohio Wesleyan University teaching corporate strategy, international business, and business operations.  In addition, I am a part-time MBA Instructor at Trinity Western University in Canada teaching courses in business strategy and marketing.

The CBFA was an important part of my professional development when I started my university career at Mount Vernon Nazarene University.  I would like to continue the fine work of the CBFA in encouraging and supporting Christian faculty teaching business.  As a senior faculty member, I’m at a point in my career to use my experience, background, and perspective positively to support the CBFA.

In my current academic role, I teach at a secular university and my research focus is on consulting, board membership, and entrepreneurial ventures.  As a CBFA board member, I will encourage continued outreach to Christian faculty at secular universities and seek to broaden the scope of research to include practice-related activities.

I also believe the CBFA should be discussing and strategizing on the opportunity to take on an expanded role as universities across the nation struggle with the negative macroeconomic factors impacting university success. The CBFA should provide appropriate support to faculty serving at-risk universities.  Let’s be a supporting community in these difficult times."

Holly K. Perleoni

Holly K. Perleoni is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at Lee University, where she also serves as the Associate Dean of the School of Business. Holly teaches both undergraduate and graduate courses in marketing and strategy. Holly received a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Marketing from Anderson University, which is where she was first introduced to the Christian Business Faculty Association (CBFA). She has been an active member of CBFA since 2019, contributing to its conferences and engaging in meaningful discussions about the integration of faith and business education.

Holly is deeply committed to the CBFA community and values the organization's focus on faith, research, and pedagogy. Her passion for fostering an inclusive environment where faith and academic excellence intersect drives her desire to serve on the CBFA board. Holly believes in the potential to broaden the CBFA's reach, knowing many would greatly benefit from being a part of this unique and supportive community. She is eager to contribute to the association’s mission by welcoming new members and ensuring that the CBFA continues to be a place where Christian business faculty can grow both professionally and spiritually.

Lonnie Leeper

"My name is Lonnie Leeper, and I am the Dean of the Falls School of Business at Anderson University in Indiana. My involvement with the Christian Business Faculty Association (CBFA) has been primarily through its publications, particularly as a member of the Board of Review for the Christian Business Academy Review (CBAR) since Spring 2017.

I am seeking a position on the CBFA Board because I want to give back to an organization that has significantly supported my development since I began my career as a faculty member in 2012. My vision for CBFA is to ensure that it continues to support and nurture Christian business faculty, helping the organization thrive and effectively reach the next generation of educators in this field."
