CBFA Secretary
Position Description
The Board Secretary's responsibilities include:

Maintaining the membership database
-
Keeping all organizational records of CBFA including minutes of any official meetings
-
Invoicing members for dues
-
Providing operational records to the audit committee for annual review

Qualifications

Member in good standing with the CBFA
-
Possesses excellent organizational skills
-
Possesses excellent spreadsheet and word processing skills
-
Has strong communication and relational skills
-
Able to work closely with the CBFA Board and its associated committees
​
Selection Process
-
Selected by the CBFA Executive Committee and approved by the Board
​
Terms of Service
-
Three-year term
-
Term begins in October
-
At the discretion of the CBFA Board, the CBFA Secretary may serve additional consecutive three-year terms
